PC Services LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY
The Manufacturer warrants the original purchaser of this PC Services computer on an on-site basis against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one full year from the original date of purchase.
Should the computer fail to conform with this warranty during this one-year warranty period, Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the Product at no additional charge. To do so, Manufacturer may, at its option, use new, reconditioned or re-manufactured replacement parts. Or, Manufacturer may exchange the Product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new, reconditioned or re-manufactured parts. A replacement Product will assume the remaining warranty of the original Product or 90 days, whichever is longer.
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, contact Service/Tech Support Center within one year of purchase at 1-580-223-2527. Product may also be carried in to an authorized service center for warranty repair and must be accompanied by proof-of-purchase.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty applies to original factory configurations only. The Manufacturer is not responsible for repairs or testing of non-covered items. Items attached to or installed in the PC Services computer will be removed at the Technician’s discretion prior to service.
This Limited Warranty does not cover software and disks or related documentation. Manufacturer will not be liable for alteration or loss of software programs, operating systems, or data stored on equipment brought in for repair or upgrade. Before returning the Product, it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the system software, application software and data, and disable any security passwords. You will be responsible for reinstalling all such software, data and passwords. This Limited Warranty does not cover labor performed for configuring software and virus detection and removal and performance of such services will be subject to non-Warranty diagnostic and repair fees.
This Limited Warranty is made to the original purchaser only and is voided if the Product is resold for commercial gain. Purchaser acknowledges that the Product is not intended for resale.
This Limited Warranty covers normal use. Preventative maintenance is not included. Manufacturer does not warrant and will not be held responsible in any way for damages or loss resulting from a cause other than defects in materials or workmanship, including damage or loss caused by;
Manufacturer's liability under this Limited Warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement as provided for above, and Manufacturer assumes no risk of, and shall not in any case be liable for, any other damages, including, without limitation, any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence or any other legal theory, including, without limitation, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use of the Product or any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of any substitute equipment, facilities or services, downtime costs, or claims of any party dealing with the Purchaser for such damages.
The employees and agents of the seller are not authorized to make modifications to warranties, or additional warranties binding on Manufacturer; accordingly, additional statements, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon by the Purchaser.
The warranties set forth in this warranty statement allocate the risks of Product failure between Manufacturer and Purchaser as authorized by the Uniform Commercial Code and other applicable law. Product pricing reflects the allocation of risk and the limitations of liability contained in this statement.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, OTHER THAN WARRANTY OF TITLE, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so any such limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. The Manufacturer reserves the right to change its warranty policy at any time for all products distributed after the date of such change in warranty.
